• Fixed 2026-11-03: before then, a destructive tool name (delete_database) was not inspected and scored PROCEED.
• The homepage card's 'process reward model' and 'MCTS' wording describes the scoring structure; the checks are rule-based, not a trained model.
• Our own testing; no independent review or third-party audit.
• Not a certification.
