These Terms govern your purchase and use of any product in the Trust & Ops Suite (ToolWarden, QuorumSeal, CiteGate, TrustLedger, FairGate, DriftGuard, LeakGuard, LiftGate, FlowGate, UsageLedger, MCPWatch, HubGate), whether purchased individually or as the bundle, at mcpgate.online. By completing checkout you agree to these Terms.
Each product is licensed, not sold. A completed, active-status license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the software you receive on infrastructure you control, for your own internal or commercial use. One-time purchases are perpetual for the version purchased; annually-billed products require an active subscription to continue receiving updates and support. The bundle purchase (mcpgate.online, "Founder's Bundle") grants a perpetual license across all 12 products regardless of their individual billing model.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay.
The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for evaluating whether any product meets your compliance, security, or operational requirements before relying on it in production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIRME AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of these products is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using any product at any time; see the Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
