Annually-billed products (LeakGuard, FairGate, UsageLedger, HubGate) follow the same 14-day window for the initial charge; renewal charges are non-refundable but you can cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge.
The bundle is a larger one-time purchase ($2,999), so it gets a longer window: email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
