Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-08-07 · Trust & Ops Suite, operated by FIRME AI (United States)
This is a standard-form template, not a substitute for review by a
licensed attorney in your jurisdiction, particularly if you have EU/UK customers
(GDPR) or California customers (CCPA) and need those specific disclosures.
1. What we collect
- Checkout: the email address you provide at checkout, handled directly
by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- License activation: the email address and license key associated with
your purchase, stored in the purchased product's own database so you can retrieve your
license if lost.
- CAIN Studio Platform usage: if you subscribe to CAIN Studio Platform,
we record which service and endpoint your API key called, and when, for metering and
billing purposes. We do not log request or response bodies.
- Server logs: standard web server logs (IP address, request path,
timestamp) retained briefly for operational debugging.
2. What we don't do
We do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics, or advertising pixels on these
sites. We do not sell your data to anyone.
3. Third parties
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe,
which has its own privacy policy governing the payment data it collects directly from you.
4. Data retention
License and usage records are retained for as long as your license or subscription is
active, plus a reasonable period afterward for support and billing-dispute purposes.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request its deletion, by
emailing vicentenoriega0000@gmail.com.
Note that deleting license records may prevent us from verifying a purchase for support
purposes.
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective
date on this page.
