CAIN zkAgent, explained for beginners
zkAgent proves an agent stayed under its risk limit without revealing the scores.
What it is
Sometimes you must show a customer or regulator that an agent stayed within risk limits, without revealing the private scores.
zkAgent builds a zero-knowledge range proof per step: the verifier learns that each score was under the ceiling and nothing else. If any step was over, no valid proof can be made.
An everyday comparison
Proving you're over 18 without showing your birth date.
How it works, in 4 steps
- The agent's steps and private risk scores are submitted.
- A range proof is built for each step.
- All under the ceiling: PROOF_VALID.
- Any over: no proof.
