• It only knows about spending your agent asks it about. A payment step that skips the check is not covered.
• It counts money you tell it about; it does not read your cloud or card bills.
• Receipts are signed with this deployment's own software key (not a hardware key).
• Found 2026-11-03: the amount 'Infinity' caused a server error instead of a clean refusal. Nothing was allowed; the fix is written and waiting to be deployed.
